Safeguarding at Trent View College

All staff and stakeholders are committed to the safeguarding of children and young people and work hard to create a safe, positive and nurturing environment. We are aspirational for our young people and create an atmosphere where young people feel valued, heard and safe.

Trent View College recognises and is committed to fulfilling our statutory duties, roles and responsibilities in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education, Section 175 Education Act (2002), the Children Act (1989) and Section 42-46 of the Care Act (2014) in ensuring each and every learner is protected and safeguarded against potential harm and abuse.

For more information about our ongoing commitment to safeguarding, please see our Safeguarding and Child Protection Policy.

Should you have any concerns relating to the safeguarding of one of our students, please contact 01724 553170 and ask to speak with a member of the safeguarding team.
